Versace Collaboartes with H&M



Power fashion house Versace and high street brand H&M are bringing forth what could easily be called the biggest collaboration in fashion history! Versace will develop a collection for H&M just in time for the fall. Donatella Versace herself has designed the exclusive collection for H&M Autumn 2011. Excited and proud of the joint venture, Donatella wore one of the dresses from the collection (shown above) at the Versace's Men Fashion Show in Milan Monday night. Creative advisor at H&M Margareta van den Bosh stated, "Versace is one of the most important brands of recent times, and their collection for H&M will be glamorous and flamboyant-everything Versace stands for. Versace is sharing with us iconic designs from the archives. This is such a celebratory collaboration and is perfect for the festive season." Promised to be full of leather, print, and color at H&M prices, the collection will be available November 19th! Here's a sneak peek...

White Winter Wonderland

Wearing white in the winter has long been a taboo in the fashion world. Although winter is associated with white, snow, & ice...fashions for the season are usually the opposite. Lucky for us a taboo does not necessarily mean a rule. Its not the easiest look to pull off, but when done correctly it has amazingly sophisticated results. The fabric is the key part of wearing winter white, a rich fabric makes all the difference.
